Highly recommend for families

Excellent Location with Amazing Staff
I had a fantastic stay, especially because of the incredible location right across from the train station, which made it easy to explore Kyoto. The family apartment was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with cabs and offering great suggestions for local sights and dining. One area for improvement would be the room change process. it felt a bit rushed and could have been communicated better.
